Lauren Wynns is the founder and President of Winning Forces. She is a competent, personable professional with a vast network of mentors, friends and colleagues. Lauren is a former attorney; she specialized in large transactions, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. Her time as an attorney honed her analytical skill set and experience with complex organizational issues. She founded Winning Forces on the notion that a legal skillset is underutilized in a business and organizational context. WF deploys research and analytical skills to its client solutions by collecting facts, data and information and assessing risks and exposure points before crafting a solution.
Lauren holds a B.S., magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University and a J.D., magna cum laude from George Mason Law School, where she simultaneously worked full time as a government consultant.
Lauren gives back to the communities of which she is a part. Her passion is for animals and conservation. Lauren is V.P. of the Board of the Salvation Army (Detroit Echelon); she is on the Board of the Project Paradise Film Fund (Palm Beach, FL) and actively participates in and supports pet rescue initiatives.
Jessica Sherman serves as the Director of Operations and as Project Manager. With over 15 years of experience in organizational management, business operations, human resources consulting and project management, Jessica has an expertise in administrative matters, front and back office management, staffing, and business and HR solutions.
Jessica’s tenure in the healthcare industry and as a therapist has honed her facilitation, workforce development and organizational culture acumen, as well as her proficiency in healthcare administration and operations.
Jessica holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Michigan. Her prior work spans multiple organizational contexts: from Psychiatric Hospitals and Community Mental Health Clinics to Private Practice. As a Psychotherapist, counselor and facilitator, Jessica uses a solutions-focused model to help individuals and groups find clarity, insight and growth. Jessica attended Indiana University where she received a B.A. in English literature.
